The contract was to provide a high quality city office development consisting of a full M&E design and installation.
The services installation included comfort cooling and heating via fan coil units, ventilation, domestic services, flexible under floor power and data, access control, fire alarm, CCTV and security. The Lighting installation was developed to meet the strict requirements for offices under LG3 whilst being complimented with Architectural lighting to stairs, perimeter walls both internally and externally with colour effects washing the glazed curtain walling. The design was based on flexibility to suit any future occupants.
