A refurbishment of the existing Royal Hall and adjoining theatre on Bridlington sea front.

The electrical installation consisted of access, feature and stage lighting, suitable for a sympathetic renovation of this type of historic building. Works included small power to all stage and hall features, plus ancillary equipment. A fire alarm system to BS5839 Part 1 category L1 was provided throughout.

The mechanical installation involved providing displacement ventilation to the main hall and theatre, using existing voids as air paths. The heating was provided primarily through under floor heating, with some back of house areas provided with VRF heat pump split systems. The domestic services were provided by mains water, with the DHWS provided by storage calorifiers.
