The contract was to provide a high quality 'out of town' office development.
The services installation included a full M&E design and build package including comfort cooling and heating via fan coil units, ventilation, domestic services, lighting, flexible underfloor power, data, access control, fire alarm, CCTV and security. Building mounted lighting was complimented by low-level bollard lighting to illuminate walkways and car parking. The installation also included an external lighting scheme utilising internally mounted luminaries.
The design was based on flexibility to suit any future occupants.
