The services installation includes a full mechanical and electrical design and build package which includes localised heating, sanitaryware, ventilation, domestic water and drainage. On demand centrally purchased Sky plus system, feature lighting, car park ventilation, dry risers and smoke ventilation purge systems.
Main access to the building is via access control and car park auto shut down systems all monitored via the on site CCTV system and door control.
The building itself is lit from external feature lighting and highlights the purple / sienna coloured façade and provides a safe environment by local column lighting in communal areas.
