Working hard for a new leisure centre. This project was for a leisure centre to the Ernest Bevin College, integrating with existing campus facilities.

The building services, although initially pre-designed by the local authority, required Airedale's design input to make the services function to "The Sports England" parameters.

The mechanical and electrical services included provision of a new swimming pool (including all water supply/treatment) plus changing areas, including ventilation, LPHW heating, water services, fire alarms, suitable lighting, PA, data and BMS controls. A fully serviced sports centre including gym, hall, weights and toning facilities were also provided.

The new centre was structured to operate as a stand-alone community facility, with access control, building facilities and CCTV to match.
