A mixed use development comprising of two buildings, 272 self-contained apartments along with 7 self contained Office Suites. This project was a private development in Leeds City Centre.

The mechanical & electrical services demanded a tanked boosted metered water & electrical supplies to each apartment, plus electrical panel heating system, TV, voice door entry, fire alarm, HWS, MCWS, ventilation, sanitary ware & acoustically treated drainage.

The Office Suite consists of separate metered electrical & MCWS supplies plus individual ventilation systems and electric panel heating.
