The contract was to provide a high quality 'out of town' development consisting of six seperate blocks.
The services installation included the full M&E design and installation including comfort cooling and heating via fan coil units and radiators, ventilation, domestic services, lighting, flexible underfloor power, data, access control, fire alarm, CCTV and security.
The lighting installation was installed to meet the strict requirements of LG3 utilising only ceiling mounted luminaries.
The accommodation and services were designed to give the maximum flexibility for future occupants.
