A high profile client, in high profile building, with high-specification requirements for a low profile full mechanical and electrical package.

The contract was for a high quality office development at North Street, Leeds, twinned with a large residential development to both North Street and Concord Street.

The project was a full mechanical and electrical design and build package to provide top-specification offices space, featuring raised access flooring floor boxes, power and data cabling for flexible installation, plus recessed lighting installation, fire alarm, security and CCTV and an access system controlling entry to the office and underground car park.

The building was mechanically ventilated with VRF heating and cooling throughout, to give zoned control to meet BCO guidelines. The project was finished with highest quality sanitaryware, domestic services and drainage.

CONTRACT PERIOD: 50 WEEKS
