This project was a student residential development comprising of 2 main buildings spilt down into 10 blocks 9 of which are student accommodation and 1 office block which was fit out as teaching space for The University of Sheffield the site also encompassed a grade 2 listed building that was used as the student common area.

The 9 blocks of accommodation consist of 998 bedrooms which are a mixture of shared living / kitchen facilities along with studio apartments, a reception area and a laundry within the common area.

The mechanical & electrical services within each building briefly comprised of tanked boosted water, biomass boilers, electrical supplies via a dedicated substation installation, electrical panel heating to all bedroom and kitchen areas, whole ventilation system provided due to planning conditions, TV, voice door entry, fire alarm, HWS, MCWS, sanitary ware with acoustically treated drainage.

The office block for The University of Sheffield was a full fit out with cooling to all classrooms and reception area, small power and data (linked to the main university campus), fire alarm system, access control, HWS, MCWS all of which are interlinked with the rest of the site to create a student village on the site.
