The services installation included a full mechanical and electrical design and build package to achieve contemporary residential accommodation - including lighting, on-demand Sky TV, electric heating, ventilation, sanitaryware, domestic services and drainage, as well as a communal access system.
The communal areas consisted of underground car parking, concierge & courtyard area lit with a combination of external building mounted and bollard luminaires.
