The contract was to provide accommodation for frail elderly people in three seperate blocks.

The frail elderly block (40 occupants) consisted of the design and installation of central mechanical services (heating, hot water, BCWS etc.) attendant call, power, telecom, TV, fire alarm, CCTV, access control and security.

The elderly blocks (35 occupants each) providing independant living were similar to the frail elderly block however they utilised de-centralised electric panel heating.

All specialist requirements noted for frail care facilities were considered with close negotiation with the client's own requirements to provide a fully serviced facility.
