The contract was to provide a high quality office built into and around a Grade II listed foundry (one of the oldest in the country).
The first stage of the works was to provide flexible office space which was designed by the John Ryan Partnership - this consisted of localised comfort cooling, radiators, ventilation, domestic services, architectural lighting, flexible under floor power and data access control, fire alarm, CCTV and security.
The main office block at the centre of the development was designed by the AME Ltd to suit the clients fit out requirements of providing independent office/workshop facilities.
