A purpose built 8,000 plus all seated football stadium for St Mirren football club within the industrial areas of Glasgow centre to replace the existing ground which provided a challenging build in a confined area.
The Construction consisted of full stands including concourse, VIP hospitality, players areas, drug testing quarantine areas, police cells, security control rooms and pitch-side containment areas.
The build included a full mechanical and electrical services installation including floodlight power, pitch side lighting, CCTV, security controls, local power and lighting, Fire Alarm, data, full air conditioning, point of use specialist ventilation, localised ventilation, domestic water services, extensive gas supplies and vandal resistant sanitary ware installation.
