Knowledge is the most vital asset of any business; the task here was to preserve vital archive materials in a closely controlled environment.
The installation included close control ventilation, LPHW heating, comfort cooling, domestic water services, lighting, power and data, access control, fire alarm, CCTV and security.
The building was split into 3 storage areas, each with dedicated ventilation plant, all of which was located in roof-top plant room. All services were controlled by the BMS system, plus facilities for remote monitoring.
