One building, 80 self-contained high-spec systems. This project was a private development of 80 luxury-spec apartments in Leeds City Centre.
The mechanical and electrical services demanded a tanked/boosted metered water and electric supplies to each apartment, plus TV, voice door entry, fire alarm, lighting, HWS, MCWS, ventilation, sanitaryware, acoustically treated drainage and comfort cooling to the apartments on the upper levels.
The Landlords' areas were fitted with automatic smoke ventilation, to the latest BRE research and guidance.
