As the name suggests, this contract was to provide the University with a central reaching base for IT skills.

The services installation included the full M&E design and build of comfort cooling and heating via fan coil units, ventilation, domestic services, a central IT hub with full air conditioning with 100% standby, lighting, flexible underfloor power and data with full UPS back up, access control, fire alarm, CCTV and security.

The accommodation and services were designed to give the maximum flexibility for future occupants.
