This project was for the construction of a new build, three-storey primary care medical centre to include minor surgery, dentistry, examination rooms, treatment rooms and offices.

The mechanical and electrical services installations were designed and co-ordinated by Airedale with the main services routed through the ceiling voids.

The mechanical design and installation included a number of roof mounted central air handling ventilation units, VRF heating & cooling air conditioning systems, LPHW heating systems including radiators and under-floor heating, domestic water services (including rainwater recycling and solar preheat), gas services, controls and building management system.

The electrical design and installation included an extensive power and data network, PA system, addressable fire alarm system, CCTV, access control and general, emergency, medical, feature and external lighting throughout.
